yes, There were no issues in the first place. you need to follow these instructions properly.
Go to dashboard -> slider -> add new -> set featured image / title -> publish/update

repeat this process for another image and you will be able to see the images slide. because it needs two images minimum to slide.
if you still were not able to do that then kindly mail us your website link and credentials our technical team will look into it.
