we checked your website and found that the images were already tilted 90 degrees when you uploaded them, so the solution for this is very simple, before uploading the images edit them in your phone or laptop or any system which has the feature to edit an image you may also use photoshop or the inbuilt photo editor then rotate the tilted images about 90 degrees and then save them, after upload them on wordpress and then use them on your website.
