Apologies, I should have said Page as it is indeed not a Section in the theme.

I followed the instructions in the manual. Created a page called Team with shortcode [Teamlist] and then started adding team members under Dashboard>>Teams so we would have a page with our team members as seen in the demo of the water sports club theme.
