    I purchased the file, and loaded it to my word press site, but i don’t have the option of opening the Pro version in Themes. Help!

    Hello
    please check if you have activated the pro theme or not
    free doctor clinic theme and the pro theme are two different entities.
    go to dashboard >> appearance >> themes >> check if the pro theme is active or not, if not then please click on the activate button
