I need to understand how to contact “Customer Support”. I don’t know how to reach anyone. I click on the icon in the lower right screen and can send a message, however, I never get a reply. When I purchased the “pro” website, I somehow (not sure how) was able to establish a chat session. Being able to establish the chat session again would be a start.
The person on the chat told me that I would have a fully functional website and then could adapt it to my needs. I believe the “import” step failed in your general instructions. As a result, I need to know how to resolve the issue so that I have the website that I was promised. Please have customer support contact me.
