I purchased the pro version of the product but it is totally useless. When you try and edit it all the pages are blank, the help documentation takes me to another template for sale and the videos link brings me here. I eventually figured out after 2 hours of trying that you have to use the customise page but that is extremely limited in what it can do and none of the usual wordpress plugins are compatible with your template ! I would ask that you refund my money, and your policy of no refunds for downloaded products is ridiculaous as you have to install it to find out it doesn’t work.
