    I own Supermart Ecommerce Pro and am creating a child theme off this so I don’t modify the primary theme. When I do this, the system loses the fact I am a pro customer and all the pro features are turned off. How do I turn them back on?

    I got a support reply (24 hours) and their themes don’t support child themes.
