    When trying to update the theme… I go the theme > “Customize” then whenever I update anything and go to publish I get an error. “Looks like something’s gone wrong. Wait a couple seconds, and then try again.”

    I uninstalled the theme and installed via directions with FTP and still the same error.

    Switched themes and they work fine with updating.

    I have also uninstalled WordPress and reinstalled it. Then reinstalled the theme and still cannot customize anything. I am getting the same error.

    We checked your site http://myroof.design/ but our “Roofing Services Pro” theme is not activated.
    To find out the exact issue on your site we need to check your customizer. Could you please share your WordPress admin credentials on our support email id: [email protected]? So we can troubleshoot the issue.
