    I just purchased the private tutor pro theme. I installed it according to the instructions… it does not resemble this at all: https://luzukdemo.com/demo/private-tutor/

    In fact, none of the media downloaded with my theme install. Has anyone else experienced this? Judging from the support on other themes, it appears to be a systemic problem with luzuk themes. Hopefully they will realize the frustration this causes their customers and attempt to fix it. In the meantime, can someone offer me a fix! 🙂

    Oh, and their support chat directs me to their email support. Not sure what that was all about!

    We are sending you a demo data XML file. Kindly download the file by using the link given below and import it. Before importing the demo data xml file please install and activate the “Contact Form 7” and “WooCommerce” plugins.

    Steps to import demo XML file:
    Go to Dashboard-> Tools -> WordPress -> Install now -> Run Importer -> Choose file (Demo XML file) -> Upload file and import.
