    FYI: when I emailed you on Sunday, Feb 17, I was using your website’s https://www.luzuk.com/contact-us/ page. Also, your support page have two links: one goes to this forum, the other (Quick Inquiry) goes to contact us page but nothing on videos, etc.

    It was emailed to you on Sunday, Feb 17 (two emails), I had it set as your LZ Charity Theme, set up 2 sliders, set up a demo feature, set up static home page as front page, and NOT one of them showed up on home page. because of that, the nonprofit org. is mad at me, this is supposed to be live today 2/22/2019

    So, I changed the theme yesterday (2/21/2019) to another one I will be using instead, I’ve to move away from your theme and not we are a week delay thanks to the lack of support and no categories here.

    FYI, your forum is NOT sending notification email to me so I have to manually log here to see the response. That either means my domain hosting is blocking you, or your system is considered spam or there’s lack of communication.

    Regardless, I please refund

    I think I want my money back, this is really holding us back with the design and going live.
